An absolute disgraceful service! Has anyone ever tried phoning up to get an appointment ?(thats the start ) good luck!, wrong medicine/prescribed & appointments (when u can manage get one- and if u do its 3/4 days later than you want it). Its a sad situation when this place now is solely run on a cost cutting basis (by primary care trust bosses who are solely interested in feathering their own nests!) rather than the interest of those (yes there is a Few) hard working people of biddulph who have worked and paid into the system all their lives and basically get treated like sh*t!!! This place is a bit like the local hospitals; those on the shop floor (the boses wouldnt understand this termanology) are worth their weight in gold. However those running the practice (halford?) And those on the Pct dont deserve to be paid in washers!! Then they wonder why the nhs is knackered!!!
