Excellent Customerservice ! That had to be said first, this Pharmacy is the best in Biddulph, no questions asked here. You get what you want and more. Always friendly staff and if you have any extra wishes be it a blistertray for your Holiday or you have questions, you can be sure that you get help. The opening times are also far superior to any of the others. Waiting time for repeatprescriptions, not at all. The Well Pharmacy on the High Street or in the Biddulph Surgery cant say that from themself. I have waited up to 45min for the medication for my disabled partner in the Well Pharmacy before we switched to this one. The tablets where supposed to be ready and being picked up on a Friday and i got there either on a Friday afternoon or Saturday and ALWAYS had to wait, not so in this one. Same day of expected Collection it is ALWAYS ready to pick up and i dont have to wait a long time. That is how you should treat your Customers. We are glad we moved to this pharmacy and i can only recommend it !
I started going to this chemist before they moved. All the staff are really pleasant and willing to help you, they don't rush you in any way when serving you they listen yo what you are saying. Not wondering off when you are in mid sentence like some I have been to before. Getting to know them is a pleasure Thank you
