2017 was the most miserable and depressing year of my life, at only 30 I'd come to terms with the fact that loosing my teeth was imminent and that at such a young age i was going to have to live for the rest of my life with dentures. All i thought about was my teeth, at work, at home, out with friends or family. The constant uncomfortable feeling throughout my mouth was at the centre point of my being, and also was the thought of the type of life I was about to lead, lonely, mocked and above all upset and embarrassed. Whenever I spoke with anybody all I took notice on was there smile and how lucky they we're and if they only knew how I felt inside. With no hope of saving them, with all the appointments and treatment over the years with my NHS dentist all in vain, I had hit deep depression, not interested in family, wife, kids, work, hobbies, anything apart from walking my dog where I could hide behind my hooded jacket and sit out in the woods alone for hours on end. I had become so depressed that i was researching dog leads, and ashamed to say a lead that would hold my bodyweight of 80kg from a tree. My wife insisted booking me a consultation and although highly sceptical as my NHS dentist had done everything possible already, I agreed anyway. Over 12 months later thanks to synergy dental im pain free and my depression has gone and im on the road to a healthy and natural (my own teeth) smile. The customer service, dentistry and planning for future care are all first class. The staff at Synergy Dental are very professional, communication and attention to detail regarding all aspects of the client journey is excellent. I have nothing but praise for all the Synergy team.
I love the staff over at Synergy Biddulph. They are so warm and welcoming and make my visit a relaxing experience. I can't fault them, so much so that I said I'd go back LOL
I would thoroughly recommend this practice. I was quite nervous about having dental work, however the team have been absolutely brilliant and reassuring. A special mention to Hayley, Arina and Amelia - keep up the great work!!
