This garage is honestly the worst I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with and if I could give them 0 stars I would. There is no communicate between them, had my van for 3 days to do a very simple task, left me having to call them constantly throughout the day to check on progress and conveniently came up with more & more 'problems' to bill me for. Told me several times my van would be ready to pick up only for me to go down there and be told they needed it another day and it would 'be ready tomorrow morning' and to top it of I've recently taken my van to another garage who have confirmed they billed me for work that wasn't even done so God only knows what they actually did do. I advise that no one take their vehicle here for anything as even a simple oil change is to complicated for them.
Had car towed here big mistake. Had it for 4 weeks to change an engine, broke and damaged everything they touched. Whilst there i saw them damage a few other cars who live in biddulph. Does alot of unnessary work. Will leave full review when have time
Had my Peugeot collected and taken into this garage last year as it wouldn't start and wanted them to see what the problem was. Turns out that they never did find out what it was. My car was left for weeks in their garage and was even told on the phone a blatant lie that they had attempted to bring it back to me (at my request after been left without a car for so long that I was fed up and just wanted it back) but couldn't get it back onto my drive. The day they had supposedly tried I had been in all day so knew this was a lie. In the end they lost the keys, even blaming this on the man in the office (who is the only credit to this place), nothing was fixed and I had to scrap it for 20. I will NEVER and would NEVER recommend this garage to anyone I know. BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
I went in with a flat tyre and said I needed a new tyre, fully expecting to pay for that, instead they repaired the tyre for a lot less when they could easily have sold me a new one. I was very impressed by this honest approach.
This was my first visit here. I was very impressed with how friendly and approachable everyone was. I'll be visiting again with my exhaust that wasn't blowing
